Dreamforce by Salesforce
Overview
Dreamforce is Salesforce’s flagship global conference, welcoming tens of thousands of attendees to San Francisco for a multi-day technology, innovation, and thought leadership experience.
As Senior Event Producer, I led production strategy and execution for The Lodge Village and all associated sponsor booths — overseeing interactive brand environments and supplemental breakout sessions within a high-traffic, high-visibility conference footprint.
The Mandate
Design and deliver a cohesive sponsor ecosystem within Dreamforce that felt immersive, interactive, and aligned with Salesforce’s innovation-driven brand identity.
The Lodge Village needed to function as both a high-energy engagement hub and an operationally disciplined environment — seamlessly supporting sponsor activations, attendee movement, and breakout programming without friction.
Scope
The Lodge Village experiential footprint
Multiple sponsor-built booth environments
Interactive brand activations
Supplemental breakout sessions and educational programming
Cross-functional coordination between sponsors, agency teams, and venue operations
High-volume attendee flow within a multi-day conference environment
Unlike traditional booth management, this scope required integrating experiential builds, content programming, and real-time audience engagement within one unified environment.
Leadership
As Senior Event Producer dedicated to The Lodge Village and sponsor environments, I oversaw end-to-end planning and on-site execution.
Core responsibilities included:
Managing production timelines for all sponsor booth builds
Aligning interactive elements with venue and technical requirements
Coordinating supplemental breakout session staging and run-of-show
Overseeing load-in, install, and strike within compressed windows
Facilitating communication between Salesforce stakeholders, sponsors, and vendor teams
Ensuring operational continuity across multiple concurrent activations
The role required precision oversight while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic, high-attendance setting.
Execution Strategy
Sponsor environments succeed when infrastructure supports engagement without overshadowing it.
Our strategy focused on:
Detailed pre-production alignment with each sponsor’s experiential goals
Technical integration planning for interactive installations
Structured scheduling to avoid programming overlap or congestion
Clear zoning to manage attendee flow and maximize dwell time
Redundant operational systems to protect breakout session continuity
Every activation was designed to feel energetic and immersive — while supported by disciplined production control.
Outcome
Seamless execution of The Lodge Village and sponsor environments
Strong sponsor visibility and attendee engagement
Successful integration of interactive elements and breakout sessions
Operational stability across multiple concurrent activations
Positive stakeholder feedback within a high-profile global brand setting
The Lodge Village operated as a cohesive experiential hub within the broader Dreamforce ecosystem.
Reflection
Dreamforce reinforced the importance of structure within innovation.
Interactive sponsor environments require more than creative design — they demand precise coordination, technical fluency, and real-time operational awareness.
This project demonstrates my ability to manage layered experiential ecosystems within one of the world’s most recognized enterprise conferences.
